Refund & Return Policy – THEGENDRIP

At THEGENDRIP, every product is made to order. Your apparel is printed especially for you after your order is placed, helping us reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received a defective product.
• You received the wrong item or incorrect design.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Returns Not Accepted

Since every product is printed exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selected while placing the order.
• Change of mind.
• Personal preferences.
• Minor color variations caused by screen or display settings.
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include:
  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

Refunds

After verification, we may:

• Issue a full refund,
• Send a replacement product, or
• Provide another suitable resolution.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
